How to Position Your Lifestyle

Identify the habits you need to master and implement so that you can design a life you love!!!

Ladies…. Who really doesn’t want a life they love? We all do, right?

But are you actively taking steps in the direction you need to go?

Taking those steps…

First of all, take a moment. Get somewhere quiet. Bring your journal with you. Light a candle, grab a cup of coffee or tea, and just sit and take a moment.

Take a moment to breathe. Now, close your eyes for a few brief moments and picture what your ideal life would look like. Where you want to go, what you want to do, where you wanna live.

Now open your eyes.

Thinking about everything, you just envisioned …

About what you want your ideal life to look like, start to take some notes.

What do you need to do to start putting your life in that direction? The direction of your dreams!

1. Start with some short-term goals.

What are the things you can do right now?

  • Can you change some things on your social media?
  • Can you reach out and make a connection to somebody?
  • Can you close a chapter on something that is no longer serving you?

2. What are your long-term goals?

I find it better and more efficient, to break up your goals into the short-term and long-term.

Grouping them all together is far too overwhelming and some goals literally just take longer to accomplish than others.

Start with 5 short-term and 5 long-term goals!
